TRANCO
designs and builds two (2) sizes of core winding machines. Both
types offer a fast and continuous shearing process, electronically
adjustable gap patterns and the ability to quickly change core sizes and
their specification.
The
TRANCO machines installed on a set of anti-vibration pads,
rest on the factory floor. Steel is fed to the
machine by means of an uncoiler (dereeler). The uncoiler
sold through TRANCO does not require a pit and as a result the
placement of the TRANCO machine in a factory is made easier.
The machines are shipped completely assembled (less safety
door). Compressed air supply
and appropriate 3-phase electrical connection are the only things required
to place the machine in the operation ready mode.
The
Core Winding Machines are easily maintained with all parts
available from stock. New developments are always designed as
retro-fit options.
